Indeed, after her graduation in ElectronicEngineering with special degrees in Microelectronic design and electronic componentreliability (DEA) in late 80ies, she started her career as Process Quality Engineer at STMicroelectronics in 1990.After 2 years and certification as ISO9000 auditor, SPC Expert, sheled the Quality department for about 6 years before moving to manufacturing department asOperations manager of Smart cards line.

In 1999, she moved to Malaysia for 1 year leadinga team of 12 engineers & participating to autolines project finalization and buy-off beforetransfer to the new Bouskoura plant in Morocco. When she left ST Microelectronic end Dec2006 she was head of Technical Engineering & Equipment Engineering of the Bouskourasite.
In 2007, Sanae LAHBABI accepted the challenge of bringing Nemotek Technologies projectto life after a formal signature between Tessera & CDG for this technology transfer project.Moroccan micro cameras were qualified by Sharp for Docomo smart phones in Japan and 1Million products produced by the end of june 2011 when she left Nemotek Technologies fornew position “Senior Vice President in charge of advanced technologies” at ValtronicTechnologies. It is a Swiss Company well known for developing miniature electronic systemsand especially medical systems including implants.This very wide experience in electronic industry and development field helped Mrs. LAHBABIdevelop not only her technical but also her managerial skills as well as a solid professionalnetwork.
Since June 2017 Mrs. LAHBABI is in charge of pushing our Moroccan branch towardsbecoming a leader in the MEA region mainly by acting as a cradle for skills and innovationand perpetuating the research in complex and advanced electronics. FAAR MEA willapprehend the great task of supporting the training of engineers and the success of severalpartnerships with local universities. All of which will help conquer and expand our offer ofelectronic power & control solutions and development tools to the markets of this unique andrich part of the world.
